# Health Net: My Plan

Simplifying healthcare and empowering members through educational content and campaigns.

 Health Net approached us to create video and print content with the goals of educating current members about their benefits, and boosting brand awareness for potential members. As one of the largest insurance carriers in the country, Health Net needed easy-to-absorb content that would inform and engage their audience, many of whom speak English as a second language.

We began our work with Health Net by creating a series of animated “chalkboard” videos dispensing digestible information about the basics of health insurance.

We then conceptualized and developed the “My Plan” campaign, a multichannel campaign empowering members to partner with their doctors to create a plan for their health, their pregnancies, and their families. In the first phase of this project, we produced comprehensive kits to help doctors educate and communicate with their patients. The next phase of the project will launch the “My Plan” website, a portal used to share information about health care, and details about free screening and educational events.
